The E2L Outdoorsman is the flashlight you’d probably design, were you inclined to do so. Luckily, SureFire did all the heavy lifting for you. Its virtually indestructible LED cranks out 45 lumens of perfectly focused light and provides useful illumination (enough to navigate a trail, read a map, etc.) for an incredible 14 hours on a single set of
lithium batteries. Wrap it all up in an O-ring sealed, aerospace-grade aluminum body that’s hard anodized with a Mil-Spec finish, and you’ve got a light that’s perfectly at home in the elements. A click-on/off switch on the tailcap offers precision control, and SureFire’s patented lockout feature prevent accidental activation during transport or storage.
