| Unopened
products may be returned within 20 days of product delivery date. We will
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the
item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your
shipment. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the
shipping costs from your refund and a restocking fee may apply.
All other opened hardware
may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of product delivery date if
returned in original condition, with all original contents and packaging
material. All opened hardware will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at
The Product Wizards discretion. Items that are returned more than 20
days after delivery, are in
unsellable condition, or are missing parts or original packing materials
will be charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Cost of
parts and repair will also be deducted from the refund. Shipping
costs are not refundable. If the item purchased came with Free
Shipping an outbound shipping charge will be assessed before crediting
back the return.
All returns must
accompany original packaging including UPC barcode symbols. If for
any reason the packaging is missing the refund may be rejected at The
Product Wizard's discretion. Flashlight:
All Surefire flashlights must be sealed in cellophane wrapping to be
considered new (some Surefire flashlights like the 9AN do not come with
cellophane wrapping and this policy does not apply). If the wrapping
is no longer on the box it is considered used and cannot be sold as
new. A 20% restocking fee applies for any unwrapped Surefire light. Optics
(i.e. Scopes and Binoculars) which are opened will incur a 20% restocking
fee. We must charge this because once opened the item is assumed
used and cannot be sold as new due to health standards. We must sell
the item as used at a significantly lower price then our retail price. Two
Way Radios may be exchanged for other two way radios of equal or greater
value, however items being returned must include all original packaging
and UPC Symbols. All Two-way radio headset sales is final unless
found defective.
Special orders cannot be
returned without a restocking fee. Any order consisting of over 75
items of the same or similar SKU that needs to be returned will be at the
discretion of the Product Wizard management team. If for any reason a
special order is issued a RMA Number an automatic 20% restocking fee will
be assessed plus any actual outbound shipping charges incurred not originally
billed.
All returns must include
a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) . The RMA# must be
indicated on the outside of the box. We CANNOT provide an RMA# on the
phone. If a item is sent without an RMA # a 20% restocking fee will
